Beach to Beacon registration

Race officials for the TD Bank Beach to Beacon 10K have instituted a three-phase registration process designed to eliminate some of the problems that occurred in 2009, when online registration closed less than two hours after it opened.

Registration will start at 8 a.m. on Friday, March 12, but only for residents of Cape Elizabeth. A total of 600 entries will be accepted during this phase.

Registration for everyone else begins at 8 a.m. the following day, with another 4,000 entries available. Once that limit is reached, registration will close, but those who are still interested in participating in the race can sign up for a lottery to be held Monday, March 21, at which time 1,500 additional entrants will be selected.
